I am no professional, I just love to workout. Talk to your doctor or mama to make sure that you are able to do these workouts. If you hurt yourself, that’s because you didn’t do it right, not because I told you to do it. ;) Don’t sue me.
Results will vary depending on the amount of effort and time …and also what you do with the hours that you are NOT in the gym. The gym is for building muscle. The kitchen is for losing weight.
