Huh?

Common abbreviations that I will be using are as follows:
BB-Barbell
DB-Dumbbell
s-set (amount of times you complete the repetition)
r-rep
Example:
BB squats 2s/10r
Would translate to doing a Barbell Squat 10 times, resting or moving on to another workout, but then doing another set of 10 times. Resulting in 2 sets of 10 reps. Make sense?

Always assume that when you are told to do something on one side that you should repeat it with the other side, unless stated otherwise.

Example: Single Leg DB Deadlift 2s/10r
Starting with your non-dominate leg, do you single leg deadlift 10 times, then switch legs and repeat. That is one set.

Not sure of what the specific excersize is asking you to do? YOUTUBE.com is your friend. I recommend checking out Scott Abel for examples of what you should be doing.
